Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
v2.0 is a complete rewrite, with title bars now being formed rather
from separate rectangles than as parts of existing ones.  This makes
the roundrects much easier to handle and much more configurable.  Lots
of new features, and it's now easier to handle both the new features
and the old ones.
