dvisvgm is a command-line utility that converts DVI and EPS files to
SVG.

The recent version 1.13 is a maintenance release with the following
additions/changes:

* Evaluation of the PostScript operators ashow, awidthshow, and
  widthshow has been added.

* The conversion of fonts referenced by PS code to graphics paths has
  been improved.

* Redundant moveto commands are now removed from paths.

* An issue concerning evaluation of PS operator setcolor has been fixed.

* Fixed output of PS error messages shown when converting EPS files.
