Summary description:  Bundle for typesetting multilanguage theses

Announcement text:

 Eventually the package is upgraded to produce PDF/A compliant output
 files, be they typeset with pdfLaTeX, XeLaTeX, or LuaLaTeX.
 Such compliance is difficult to obtain, but at least this is not
 TOPtesis' fault.

 English and Italian documentation explain the how-to TeXnical details
 in order to reach this goal.
