 This revision was geared to improving the compilation
 efficiency of the package (and providing the user added ways
 to achieve that, now highlighted in the PDF).
 
 Also, a bug was fixed that could cause a math overflow with the
 use of the \scaleleftright and \stretchleftright macros.
