 New features:

 - \AtEveryPstart and \AtEveryPend command to print text
   before/after every \pstart / \pend

 - New tools to prevent ambiguous referencesinlemma (read § 4.2 of handbook)


 Bugfixes:

 - with footnotes layout in when using geometry package

 - Restore subline feature disabled by mistake

 - Correct bug with paragraphed familiar footnotes setting

 - Restore critical notes in \eledsection in parallel columns

 - \edlabel: Prevent some bugs with cross-referencing when using
             \autopar in parallel texts

 - \Pages: Debug wrong pages split-ting when no optional
           argument is used in last \pend

 - Debug wrong parallel pages synchronization when an \edtext
   falls accross two pages
