This release:
- fixes bug when \tag + \sameword when using eledpar.
- adds compatibility with the new package indextools.
- add new commands \stanzaindent and \stanzaindent*, to specify the
indent for a specific verse.
- fix bug with some styles of biblatex when using standard foonotes.
