 Nameauth v.1.9 increases support for Eastern names, helps prevent
 bad breaks between names and affixes, prevents control sequence
 name collisions in the simplified interface, fixes minor bugs, and
 features an extensive documentation rewrite that addresses more
 practical, specific issues faced by package users.
