Substantial enhancement of the existing macros that now accept also coordinates and direction vectors in polar form; new 
interface to the cubic Bézier spline internal commands. It is possible that old drawings made with the previous version 
of this package produce slightly different curves due to the new algorithm of the recursive macro \Curve. Now filling of 
arbitrary closed paths is introduced.
