Changes in version 1.4:

* New option '16' for idcc.cls, relating to the 2016 conference.
* In PDF output, interword spaces are now added if pdflatex is used.
* Bug fix: the 'demo' option of idcc.cls no longer propagates to packages.
* Bug fix: \Authfont was defined but not used; now it is.
* Bug fix: DOI format tweak now implemented for biblatex-apa.
