No code change, but there was an awful mistake in describing the
relation to the `dowith' bundle that I noticed when Benno Pütz asked me
after a talk (thanks!). I have added an "essay" about "theory and
practice" or the role of those macros (some mainly programming tools
and simple enough for a talk).
