Reledmac:
- compatibility with `innote` and `notenumber` option of indextools 1.5
- Fix bug with footnote counter in ledgroup environment (introduced by v 
2.5.0)

Reledpar:
- Fix bug, introduced in v2.6.0, with footnote numbering when using 
perpage package. Please read § 5.3.3 of reledpar handbook to know
how to use perpage + reledpar.
