 - new section style commands \sectionlinesformat and \sectioncatchphraseformat

 - new chapter style commands \chapterlineswithprefixformat and
   \chapterlinesformat

 - new lscape hack in scrhack

 - scrlttr2 and scrletter provide command \letterpagestyle to define the
   page style of letters

 - scrlttr2 and scrletter provide references to letters and the last page
   of a letter

 - scrlayer provides picture mode layers

 - several bug fixes and improvements
