 For reledmac:

  - Disable empty lines as paragraph in stanza.
    People who typesset stanza must read § 1.12 of the migration file.

  - Fix compatibility of paragraphed footnotes with bidi v17.9 and following.


 For eledpar:

  - Fix bug introduced in v1.15.0 which made that hanging indentation
    in parallel verse was not working any more.

  - New commands \linenummargin to set margin for right side line number
    and \linenummargin* to set margin for both sides.

  - Warning message when using some setting commands inside rightside
    environment (deprecated way)
