----------------------------------------------------------------------
* introduced kanjiskip_{natural,stretch,shrink} keys 
   in Japanese font metrics.
 * use \luafunction primitive, if available.
 * bugfix: the catcode of some characters was not
   correctly initialized. Now we can use fullwidth
   alphanumerics in a control word (e.g. \１年目西暦)
   by default, as before.
