Reledmac: Fix bug with \appref and \apprefwithpage (introduced in v2.4.0) ; Fix bug with tabular environments when using 
\babel or \env {polyglossia} language which override \LaTeX  \ \cs {roman} command, like greek language.
Reledpar: Fix bug introduced in v2.5.0 with \linenummargin, \firstlinenum, \linenumincrement, \firstsublinenum, 
\sublinenumincrement.
