Remove `grsymb` (macros for Greek symbols).
This package is outdated and obsoleted by greek-fontenc (reported by 
Claudio Beccari).

Unicode uc/lc corrections are now included with greek-fontenc
(polyglossia's ``xgreek-fixes.def``  has bugs).
