Add two new translators:
(a) SVG to PDF/PNG based on the rsvg2 library; and
(b) PGF/TikZ to PDF.

Avoid to go into the GIT/SVN/CVS directories for avoiding to break down the local copy.

Remove the test files for being compliant with the CTAN policies.
