- Fix bug with combination of \onehalfspacing and two columns and three columns notes typeset.
- Fix bug with some setting command and optimization option.
- Fix spurious space with paragraphed critical notes when using LuaLaTeX.

For reledpar
- New way of (not) synchronizing the parallel pages. Please read § 5.2.2 for further details (or, in French, 
http://geekographie.maieul.net/185).
- \Pages[mainmatter] to switch to \mainmatter when calling \Pages.
- Fix bug with dotted letter.
