* glossaries.sty:

    - added \gls at arabicpage

    - added \ifglswrallowprimitivemods

    - added \glsentrytitlecase

  * glossary-tree.sty:

    - new formatting commands \glstreegroupheaderfmt
      and \glstreenavigationfmt to
      make it easier to customize styles

    - new command \glsfindwidesttoplevelname

  * glossary-mcols.sty:

    - hard-coded \textbf replaced with
      \glstreegroupheaderfmt or \glstreenavigationfmt,
      as appropriate

    - added new styles mcolindexspannav, mcoltreespannav,
      mcoltreenonamespannav, mcolalttreespannav

  * glossary-list.sty:

    - new formatting commands \glslistgroupheaderfmt
      and \glslistnavigationitem to make it easier to
      customize styles

    - fixed missing space before description in list
      style sub-entries.

  * glossary-super.sty:

    - fixed bug in super4col style

  * glossary-long.sty:

    - fixed bug in long style (typo in \glossentrydesc
      for sub-entries)
