Initial release of version 2.7 for the 2016 edition of
TeX Live, containing an up-to-date fontloader from ConTeXt
MkIV, a new font combination / fallback mechanism, and
numerous other improvements.

This is the first Luaotfload release that will work with
the Luatex 0.9x branch.
