 Changes in version 1.5:

 * New option '17' for idcc.cls, relating to the 2017 conference.

 * To avoid issues with some automated compilation systems, the
   common class code is now implemented as a package (dccpaper-base.sty)
   instead of input code (dccpaper-base.tex).
