* Bug fix: Restored compatibility with Excel for Mac
 * Bug fix: Launching the form would throw an error on some localized
Excel versions
 * Bug fix: Right vertical borders sometimes weren't recognized on
blank cells
 * Bug fix: On some localized Excel versions, generated colors were
invalid
 * Column format will be set relative to the last row only, improving
performance on large tables
