 Fixed a description.

 Removed a couple of typos and updated the advanced usage chapter.

 The examples now showcase the use of inline footnotes.

 The examples now use a BibLaTeX (not BibTeX) bibliography database.

 The examples now showcase the use of markdown citations.

 Updated the example test files.
