 - implementation changed from \roman to \romannumeral

 - write18 replace by \ShellEscape from the shellesc package

 - '\csvlinetotablerow' implemented more efficiently

 - '\csvloop' made long

 - new string comparison macros:
   '\ifcsvstrequal', '\ifcsvprostrequal', '\ifcsvstrcmp', '\ifcsvnotstrcmp'

 - new filter options:
   'filter ifthen', 'filter test', 'filter expr', 'full filter',
   'filter strcmp', 'filter not strcmp'

 - code optimizations

 - documentation revised
