Summary of changes in version 1.4.0:

Classes and styles:
* Fix compatibility issues with biblatex.
* Improve compatibility with 'gost' styles.
- Remove the deprecated 'libcat' option.

Templates:
+ Add new templates with UTF-8 encoding and biblatex support.
* Use 'biblatex-gost' style in UTF-8 templates.

Makefiles:
+ Add Biber support.
