- library 'theorems':
   Theorems made nameref-aware
- library 'listings':
   * new options:
   'freeze file', 'freeze none', 'freeze extension',
   'freeze pdf', 'freeze png', 'freeze jpg'
- library 'external':
   * implementation improved for lualatex and xelatex
   * new macro '\tcbiffileprocess'
