Added options highlightlines, highlightcolor, tabcolor, spacecolor, and 
curlyquotes.  Improved option obeytabs so that it no longer
causes lines to vanish under some circumstances.  Line breaking options 
are now compatible with non-ASCII characters under pdfTeX.
