Summary description:  Estimate the number of words in a LaTeX document

 Update to wordcount to clarify the License to LPPL as agreed with
 Michael Downes' daughters. There are no code changes other than
 updating version and license comments.

 Following Michael's death in 2003, this package is currently
 unmaintained.
