Summary description:  Environments AsciiList and AsciiDocList for prototyping nested lists in LaTeX.

 This version adds a macro to the AsciiDocList environment for
 switching to a parent nesting level (\UPTO).
 It also provides documentation for the corresponding macros
 for the AsciiList environment (\UP and \UPTO), which already
 were available in previous versions.
