This version fixes several bugs.
* luatexja-otf.sty: \CID and IVS support were broken
  when luaotfload v2.7 is used.
* Added check "glyphmax>=0", since some OpenType fonts have
  a subfont which does not contain any glyphs.
* lltjcore.sty etc.: reflected changes of pLaTeX 2016/04/17 (community
edition).
