Summary description:  Environments AsciiList and AsciiDocList
                      for prototyping nested lists in LaTeX.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

 This version enables the use of \input within AsciiList and AsciiDocList
 environments, which allows one to modularize the content.

 Moreover, this version introduces the "Heading" and "Heading*" list
 environments, particularly for AsciiDocList, through which one can
 nest sectioning similar to enumerate and itemize.
