Brand new Chinese version of A (Not So) Short Introduction to LaTeX2e. 
Basically based upon the English version, with these additional
changes:

- Removes the information of typesetting multilingual materials using 
`babel'. Instead it introduces the usage of `xeCJK' and `ctex'
bundle to typeset Chinese language.
- Adds the information of using color and creating hyper links in PDF 
file.
- Adds some basic commands of `tikz' package.
