Summary description:  An ArabTeX-like interface for LuaLaTeX

 arabluatex v1.3:

 - Many rules have been improved or corrected.

 - New feature: ʾiʿrāb is now parsed and may be displayed in various
   ways in 'dmg' mode.


 Next release to come will start implementing typesetting of Arabic poetry.
