Several updates as listed below, mostly improving support for the new
luatex.

pdfrender
Adjust use of luatex85.sty so works in plain TeX.

pdfcol
Add luatex85 package for compatibility with new luatex.


holtxdoc
"New" name for latinmodern math font

selinput
Dont use T1 encoding in documentation with unicode tex.

bookmark, zref, hypdestopt
Updates for new luatex

pdftexcmds
Documentation changes to avoid biber incorrectly expanding
\textbackslash. Update for new luatex: (\(pdf)draftmode) and avoid
tests on \pdftexversion.


Use lualatex + latin modern OTF fonts for all documentation to reduce
file sizes.
