- bug fix: unprotected definition of the 'nameref' option induced serious 
errors
- bug fix: nameref package was not detected if loaded after tcolorbox
- new macros:
   '\tcbifoddpageoroneside'
- new options:
   'if odd page or oneside', 'if odd page or oneside*',
- library 'documentation':
   * Documentation options are not longer reset to default values for 
embedded
     boxes. User code may be affected by this change.
   * marginnotes adapt to twosided documents now
