dvisvgm is a command-line utility that converts DVI and EPS files to SVG.

The recent version 2.0.4 is a maintenance release that fixes two 
regressions. Also, the reduced FontForge library ff-woff required to
create WOFF and TTF fonts is now bundled with the sources.
