Summary description:  Creates a DB of Bible verses from e-Sword, then fetches them on command

 Added several \fetchverse options, including ltxquotes, nocite, and replace.

 replace={find_1}{replace_1}...{find_k}{replace_k} replaces each find
 text with the replace text. The bibpes_replace.tex demo file
 illustrates this feature.
