The fetchbibpes bundle creates a DB of Bible verses from e-Sword, then
fetches them on command.

Changes include: extended the replace option key to the \fetchverses
command; added \gobbleto command as workaround to presents of active
characters; added localdefs to put \gobbleto commands in the group
within which \fetchverse and \fetchverses operate; added a new sample
file to demonstrate these features (bibpes_replaces.tex).
