- Tab-indented fenced code is now supported.
- Added missing underscore to `parsers.internal_punctuation`.
- Removed unnecessary internal punctuation escaping (`$&~`) in
citations.
- Added proper support for trailing internal punctuation in citations.

- Corrected typo in bibliography.
