 Added lwarpmk actions to force a single recompile.

 Added macros to optionally force a starred section onto
 its own HTML page and have its own HTML TOC entry.

 Improved documentation for front/back matter.

 Added packages appendix, tocbibind, fncychap, fix2col;
 relsize, scalefnt ; realscripts, metalogo, xltxtra ;
 grffile, romanbar ; arabicfront, chappg, nonumonpart,
 nopageno, romanbarpagenumber.

 Fix for \part for article class.
