Summary description: Use the textual comma character as decimal
separator in math mode

Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

textualicomma is based on the icomma package and intended as a solution
for situations where the text comma character discerns from the math
comma character.

Whenever a comma is used in math mode, textualicomma will escape back
to text mode and use the textual comma character. This comes in handy
when using a font not providing math support, e. g. Source Serif Pro or
even CM Sans.
