- When using 'size=real', the stock size becomes taken into account and
the old behavior are realized now with a new value 'size=real*'.
- The name '\bxpapersizesetup' is changed to '\papersizesetup'.
- The 'size' option key now can take paper size names (such as
'a5paper') as value.
