The footnotehyper package is a reboot of the footnote package of
Mark Wooding (1997/01/28 1.13) which adds to it compatibility
patches (principally for hyperref, and in fact footnotehyper
deactivates itself if hyperref is not loaded in the document) and
some bugfixes. Starting with this release all macros are defined
internally and the original footnote package is not loaded at all.
Please check the documentation for the details.

This release also fixes bugs from footnotehyper 0.9f regarding
\footnotetext[N]{...} and its environment form: they did not work
inside the savenotes environment (but were fine outside of it).
