- xparse now allows

    \DeclareDocumentCommand{\foo}{s O{#3} m} ...

  i.e. use of grabbed arguments as defaults for optional
  arguments

- xparse e/E-type arguments can now be handled in
  expandable commands
- Improvements internally in xparse
- Allow loading of l3sort during transition following its
  integration into l3kernel
