Nameauth 3.1 contains numerous changes that are designed to streamline
workflow. More tasks can be handled through the simplified interface.
More cross-cultural features have been added, including better support
for features used in French and German typesetting. Several changes
have been made to minimize errors in some less-common cases. The manual
has been updated and rewritten to aid ease of use and better progress
from simple concepts to complex ones.
