arabluatex v1.9:
- a new command \MkArbBreak has been added for inserting user-defined
single argument commands in Arabic environments (more information in
the documentation, 10.1, p. 39);
- support for new encodings have been added (yāʾ without dots and bare
ʾalif);
- arabluatex does not any more leave _ and ^ unprocessed; instead,
errors marks <??> are inserted so that they can be easily spotted and
corrected in the source file;
- a few bugs have been corrected.
