* lltjext.sty, lltjcore.sty: sync with platex 2017-07-29.
 * luatexja-fontspec.sty: drop support of fontspec <v2.5c.
 * luatexja-otf.sty: use the IVD collection "Adobe-Japan1" for \CID.
 * Introduced font metric (jfm-***.lua) version 3:
  'jcharbdd' (boundary between a JAchar and an ALchar) is
   subdivided into four categories.
 * luatexja-preset.sty:
   - New presets: 'sourcehan-jp', 'noto-otc', and 'noto-otf'.
   - Support \mcfamily\ltseries (the light weight of mincho).
