- Add \AtStartEveryStanza, \BeforeEveryStopStanza, \AtEndEveryPend, 
\AtStartEveryPstart
-Add second optional argument of \pstart, \pend and \stanza
- Add starred version of \AtEveryPstart, \AtEveryPend}, \cs 
{AtEveryStanza} and \cs {AtEveryStopStanza}
- Add third and fourth optional argument of \newverse
- Fix bug when using familiar footnotes in \eledsection and related
- Reset font specification at the beginning of familiar footnotes.
