 * The fallback value for 'openin_any' for texosquery-jre8
   is now 'a' if unset.

 * Added clearer instructions in texosquery.cfg and information
   messages to the transcript.

 * Added \TeXOSQueryFromFile.

 * Shortcut commands only use quotes to delimit arguments
   in the unrestricted mode.
