* sync with platex 2017/07/29 patch level 1.
 * infinite kinsoku penalty does not cancel infinite penalty of oppoite sign.
 * luatexja-preset.sty: add \ltjnewpreset and \ltjapplypreset
   to define/use new presets.
 * now use the data of UAX #50 to rotate glyphs for vertical direction.
 * direction change commands such as \tate is no longer allowed in
   math modes nor unrestricted horizontal mode.
